And help us build back better mental health

We have established this Charity to help those who have been severely traumatised by the war to build back better mental health; to build confidence and strength and to help rebuild individuals lives so they can function despite the ongoing war. The traumas Ukrainian people have suffered have been and continue to be many resulting in complex mental health issues rendering the individual unable to function in the real world let alone in a war zone.

We also supply humanitarian aid we have contacts in Ukraine who buy supplies and essentials for those who have lost their homes and are living in temporary housing and community centres. Buying in Ukraine boosts the economy and saves on postage so every penny we send benefits directly.

Our founder Natela Kopaliani came to the UK under the Homes for Ukraine scheme. She is so concerned for her countrymen that she is desperate to use her skills to help. She recognises that different traumas that have arisen due to the war and has worked for the last eight years within Ukraine offering therapy to those with differing mental health traumas, including domestic abuse, physical abuse and eating disorders.
